There is something that is very striking to me and which, for example, does not occur in Europe. I am referring to the curricular processes of football players.

Being a starter or a substitute does not mean anything in developmental categories, that is just a coach's decision.

The most important thing is the curricular process that clubs have with all players (some have to reach the professional team very young and others after 23 years old). This does not mean that one player is better than another, it just means that one reaches the level of football maturity before the other.

A current example is Lamine Yamal at FC Barcelona. At the age of 16 he is playing as a starter in the professional team. Does this mean that players from 17 to 23 years old who play for academy FC Barcelona are not level for professional football? Of course it doesn't mean this, it means that Lamine Yamal is ready for professional football because he has reached his maturity at a very young age. Other young players from the Barcelona academy must wait for their chance and keep working day by day.

Lots of encouragement to all players! Everyone must follow their own process!
