A few news media are reporting the news that a french pharmaceutycal company has developed a new product, based on a blow lugworm (sandworm), that improves the oxygenation of the tissues for medical reasons/support like transplant.
But there's some worries that it might have already been used in cross county skiing and even cycling.
The company was approached by many gym and amateur sport players, including a french pro rider (name not disclosed), all attempting to buy the product.
The "magical" part of this product is that it's produced in powder, doesn't need low temperatures and last a long time.
Antidoping can't detect it yet, and this is the worry of UCI and AMA.
