2022年是我此生遭遇过的最困难和绝境重生的一年。这也包含了我的许多最超乎寻常、最珍贵的时刻与回忆。从奥运会的锥心刺骨到世锦赛童话般的胜利（如图），我真切地感受着每时每刻。从与我心爱的“冰上之星”大家庭一起环游世界、到离家前往布朗大学全职学习，我深深沉浸其中。从这个大洲到另一个大洲，从这个海岸到另一个海岸，从这次经历到另一次经历，我以坦荡的心态拥抱这一切。2023年将带来一系列新的挑战和逆境，但我相信在这其中也会包含有我所渴望的胜利、也会遇到改变我人生观的各种人、以及目前尚在逐梦阶段的经历。向前走，享受当下！

2022 was one of the most difficult, adversity-driven years of my life. It was also contained many of my greatest, most treasured moments and memories. From the searing anguish of the Olympics to the fairytale triumph at the World Championships (photo), I lived every second of it. From touring around the world with my beloved Stars On Ice family to leaving home and studying at Brown full time, I took it all in. From continent to continent, coast to coast, experience to experience, I embraced it all with an open heart and open mind. 2023 will bring forth a new set of challenges and adversity, but I’m sure in that package will also be victories I yearn for, people who will change how I see things, and experiences I can only dream of right now. Onwards, one day at a time!
