尽管今天是我22岁的生日，但我得准备明天的期中考试，不过我还是花了一些时间来回顾我的这一年，重温一些既有我人生当中最痛苦的、也有一些是最成功的回忆。为方便起见，我给每张照片写些介绍。

感谢让我这一年回忆满满的所有人。在我迄今为止最艰难、最难以预料、成长经历最为丰富的一年，我不仅活了下来，而且茁壮成长，我为此感到无比骄傲。

Even though I spent today, my 22nd birthday, preparing for a midterm tomorrow, I did take a while to reflect on my year and revisit a few memories, some of which were among the most painful of my life and some of which were the most victorious. In order, I’ll write a little about each photo:
1. Cover photo - me, myself, & I.
2. A cold sun chooses one out of the grand lottery of the universe.
3. My adopted family. Love you guys️
4. A moment for reflection. (yes, intended)
5. Touring with the best skaters in the world. Memories for a lifetime.
6. The mountains are calling and I must go.
Thank you to everyone who made my year special. Proud to not only have survived, but thrived, in my hardest, most unpredictable, most growth-filled year to date.
