其实发现最近心态有很大的变化，也有很多话想说但克制了。两句最近从书和电影里看到的话，一句是"Pain is inevitable,but suffering is optional."另一句是依然爱丽丝里女主演讲里的话，"I'm not suffering. I'm struggling, struggling to be a part of things, to stay connected to who I once was. So live in the moment. It's really all I can do. And not beat myself up too much for mastering the art of losing." 平常的生活就是一种幸福。
