“Poke” is a super popular dish that is Native Hawaiian cuisine.
Poke是一种非常受欢迎的夏威夷本地菜。
“Poke” means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian and refers to chunks of raw, marinated fish — usually tuna — which is served with yummy vegetables, crunchy toppings and delicious sauces over rice. It’s kind of like sushi in a bowl!
Poke 在夏威夷语中的意思是切片或者切，指的是大块的腌制鱼，通常是金枪鱼，搭配上美味的蔬菜，脆脆的调味品，米饭上再浇上美味的酱汁，看起来有点像寿司放在了碗里。
