Here comes the new challenge for 2021! Upsidedown it’s always a difficult pose in yoga, as we humans walk on our feet not the other way around😅😅🙈 but I’ve set my target, I will nail this arm balance in 3-4weeks time💪🏼💪🏼be my witness & my cheerleaders
