How many days out of the week do you train legs?
And what’s your favorite exercise for building thicker legs?
For me I’ve always leaned towards using heavy leg extensions along with moderately heavy leg presses. I feel like focusing on negatives (eccentric) of the reps also helps with getting a deeper stretch. My favorite rep scheme to work with for legs especially is 15-30 reps. I typically train legs once some times twice a week all depending how I feel and my recovery rate.#健身##只为改变#
