One of my best packages to date, it’s super rewarding when the game plan unfolds how you would envision it to. I competed at the Chicago Pro last year as well and I didn’t do too well I placed 11th which sort of discouraged me but mentally refocused I wanted redemption and I wanted it bad. It’s one of those things that got me up every morning to reach my day to day set goals.
Create a vision on whatever it is in life that you want to achieve, now think of the small detailed variables that YOU can control & FOCUS on improving them.
One thing I’ve realized over the years of competing is putting yourself on the line and setting yourself up to a challenge WILL only make you become a better and more disciplined athlete/ individual.
You can only grow from ALL of these experiences whether it be a win or loss, there’s always something to learn and ultimately that’s what it’s all about. Improving yourself and doing what you set yourself out to do, I try to apply this to everything in my life, business ventures, anything that challenges me I try to create systems around it to give me the best chance and opportunity to succeed towards the specific goal.
I’ve learned a lot about myself this year, it was a bit of a rocky year from the start but I refuse to let that hinder me from my goals. Ultimately I’d like to try and be a positive influence to those who seek any sort of guidance or help with whatever their goals are.
I plan on doing a YouTube series and on @ChangePro_App for the Road to Olympia Stage and beyond stoked to share this journey with you all. We have 9 weeks to improve and I’m mentally motivated to bring nothing short of my best.
