Killed some chest today, I focused mainly on incline movements. I went a bit heavier than usual to see where my strength is at. Overall I felt pretty strong today and I’m stoked to be back in the gym at full pace. Training has always been my passion and it feels so good to be back at it!First exercise I did was a hammer strength incline press. Focused on a good 8-10 reps for about 3 sets.
