日本没有实行大规模居家令，但到目前为止新冠没有失控据说是实行"避免三个C“:
1. Avoiding C losed spaces with poor ventilation (避免通风不好的密闭场合）
2. Avoiding C rowded places with groups of people nearby （避免人多拥挤的地方）
3. Avoiding C lose-contact settings （避免和生人有近距离接触）。
