Back photos I sent to my coach Ariel this morning for my check in being 18 days away from the arnoldsports . Weighing in at 186.3 lbs with no food or water. Definitely starting to tighten up even more despite being flat/depleted which is super normal at this phase of the prep. Every day is looking better and better.
