亲爱的“秘密影院”上海版观众：

如果您是曾经购买2019年11月23日至12月8日之间场次的观众，您的反馈及参与帮助我们对作品进行了很多重要的改进，为了表达我们的感谢，我们希望邀请您回到“秘密影院”，重新体验改进以后的作品。您可从即日起至2020年1月15日，申请与自己购票数等量的免费观演机会。具体申请方式，我们将于【2019年12月29日至2020年1月7日】间，分批发送短信至相关观众手机。

2019年11月23日，秘密影院在上海首演。许多观众购票前来体验。有的人喜欢这种来自伦敦的全新模式，同时也有很多观众给了我们非常多改进的建议。我们关注着你们的每一次反馈，并仔细阅读了我们收到的逾1400份观众问卷。

根据这些反馈，我们对这部作品进行了很多项调整，包括但不限于：

- 更明确地公布演出集合地点
-下调场内观众人数（12/9之后场次开始）
-增加中国演员数量
-增加更多故事供观众探索，同时发布更多任务
-调整观众获得信息的方式，为探索故事提供更明确的引导
-以及最重要的修改——我们发布了浸入式体验时间更长、没有电影播放的“纯玩版”
……

2019年12月26日，“纯玩版”正式上线，观众可以自行选择体验“纯玩版”或“经典版”。

这是秘密影院首次进入一个新的市场，我们对已经在伦敦延续了十年以上的演出模式做出了前所未有的改变，希望中国的秘密影院观众能够拥有最好的体验。

Dear audience of Secret Cinema in Shanghai，

You - our audience who bought tickets for the first two weeks for performances from 23 Nov to 8 Dec - helped us improve with your voice and participation and so now to express our gratitude and we would like to invite you back to see the difference for yourself. You can apply for same number of free tickets as your purchase order from now until 15 Jan 2020. Please check your SMS for application details which we'll send during 29th Dec to 7th Jan.

As you know, on 23 Nov 2019, Secret Cinema premiered in Shanghai. Many audience bought tickets to the experience. Some loved this new format from London, while others had many suggestions for improvement. We listened to each bit of your feedback, having read over 1400 audience surveys so far.

As a reaction to the feedback, we have made many changes to the show, including but not limited to:

- Clear announcement of the venue address
- Reduction in number of audience per show (since the show on 9 Dec)
- Increased number of Chinese performers
- More in depth stories to explore and missions to complete
- Changes in the way you obtain information, so you can be more easily guided through the story
- And most importantly - we have released the “immersive only” version that provides a longer immersive experience instead of screening the film at the end

On 26 Dec we officially launched the “immersive only” version so you can now choose to experience this version or the “classic version”.

This is the first time we have entered a new market and so we have made these unprecedented changes to the show and also modified the format itself which we had been using for over ten years in London - so you, our Chinese secret fans, can have the best experience for you.
