. At the age of 42 in the year 2012, I unexpectedly opened a boxing gym, naming it the "Fist All Gym." This small gym faced numerous challenges right from the beginning, including unscrupulous contractor running off, which led to a lot of hardship. Fortunately, I took the dishonest contractor to court and was compensated for my losses.
As an entrepreneur accustomed to dealing in millions and hundreds of millions in previous business ventures, the boxing gym, seemingly insignificant, turned out to be traps everywhere

In 2014, the emergence of China's new professional fighting competition, Kunlun Fight, the director Tony, came to Taiwan searching a commentator with a style different from the mainland's. Coach Zhang Enhuang recommended me, known as the "action commentator," to give it a try. Although I had spent about a decade in the media industry, interviewing figures from politics, entertainment, business, and academia, but almost no experience or connections in the world of professional fighting. While working as a general manager at a online game company, I frequently traveled to the mainland, but the culture and practices of the martial arts circle were vastly different from the internet industry I was familiar with.
At the Kunlun Fight press conference, I found myself surrounded by prominent figures from both the domestic and international martial arts world, feeling like Liu Laolao's Visit to the Grand Garden — Overwhelmed. My initial attempts at commentary were met with harsh criticism from the mainland Chinese audience. Fortunately, Kunlun Fight's owner, Jiang Hua, continued to give me opportunities to improve.
Over the years, I honed my commentary skills and established good working relationships with the big names in the fighting world. In my first commentary, I had the privilege of meeting Andy Souwer, the former K1 World Champion. Despite his injuries and exhaustion after the match, he graciously took photos with me.
Earning a place in the Chinese professional fighting industry and commentating the champions on major television networks has been a journey filled with challenges that outsiders may never know …
